Read carefully the following terms & conditions:

  • Any Fee/Payment made to AKH and/or AKW will neither be refunded nor be adjusted under any circumstances.
  • Services will be provided only after realization of your cheque.
  • Complaints will be attended in accordance to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
  • I am attending any workshop or buy any product from AKH and/or AKW at my will.
  • I agree that I am fully satisfied with the product /service I have used & I will not demand any money back.
  • I fully understand the risk involved in doing any practical’s while attending workshop. I myself will be responsible for any accident caused due to non-compliance to instructions.
  • I will not make any type of live audio / video recording in any program which is conducted by AKH and/or AKW.
  • The management reserves all the rights to terminate all privileges under the pretext of any Un-lawful act.
  • I will make all my payments as per commitment, failing which AKH and/or AKW holds a right to terminate admission inside the training hall, without any prior notice.
  • I have read the above listed rules & regulations and agree to abide by them.
  • Any advance payment that I make is my commitment to AKH and/or AKW for attending their I ‘trainer program and failing to keep my commitment will result into lapse of my advance payment regardless of the amount.
